This program allows donors to remember a loved one's life, celebrate a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc.,) or recognize the courage of a friend or relative who is fighting breast cancer by making a donation in the person's name. A personalized tribute card is sent to the person or family indicated, notifying them of the thoughtful donation but not revealing the amount of the donation. Each gift is tax-deductible to the extent of the law, and each donor receives an acknowledgment for the donation. Please print out form and mail to the address listed above.
Fundraising
We welcome the opportunity to work with community organizations and individuals who wish to hold a special event fundraiser to benefit the Greater Amarillo Affiliate. However, we do require that a "Letter of Agreement" (LOA) is completed which outlines the details of the event and grants permission to use the Komen name and logos for your event. Matching Gifts
Many companies offer matching gift programs encouraging employees to contribute to organizations. Most of these programs match your gift contributions dollar for dollar.
Please check with your company to see if it offers matching gift program that will match to the Greater Amarillo Affiliate of The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Simply obtain a form from your employer, complete your portion of the form and mail it to us at:
